Life is changing all around us at an incredible speed. There is unlimited growth and potential in an ability to embrace and move with these changes. In this workshop, we will use movement to explore, practice and integrate tools for moving with change.
This workshop will guide us through the practical ways that we can all take up to create and nurture “home base” in ourselves towards a greater stability, sense of self, and a feeling of wholeness.
The core ingredients involved in our ongoing well-being each relate to a level of energy that we can connect to and draw to ourselves as a food or fuel. Join us to discover what the prime ingredients of well-being are for each of us as unique individuals.
We are all seeking to be inspired, connected and live a life filled with joy and meaning.
One place to begin is to discover what lights us up from within, and inspires to awaken our passions.
To rise above the myriad of perspectives and opposing views, to connect with each other within our common humanity, are two of the many pathways that lead to a brighter future for all. Join us as we explore practical ways of being effective within the challenges of today.
This week we will be workshopping the 5 energy centers and how they relate to levels of development, whilst also looking at the way the centers can get out of balance and how to prevent it.
Does the future call for us to grow and develop beyond where we are now?
Do we need to grow and develop in order to have a future?
What will our future be like if we don’t grow and develop?
The balances of our 5 energy centers can open the gateways of permission to our continuing growth and development, or bar the way ahead.
Each of these verbs refers to internal actions, to dynamic possibilities that are unique to the human being.
Even though we may not be consciously aware of and striving for the fulfillment of these possibilities, they represent natural urges at play all the time in each of us.
