All our days, we go out into life and then return home. We also do this in within ourselves; we extend out to others and to the activities we do and then we each come back to our inner home.
This workshop will guide us through the practical ways that we can all take up to create and nurture “home base” in ourselves towards a greater stability, sense of self, and a feeling of wholeness.
