Many people today are not able to move beyond unsatisfactory situations in their life. Quite often within this, the questions arise… Is this all there is? Is this as good as it gets?Â
If given the chance and the knowledge, would you use your one God- given life to the fullest extent possible? Would you invoke the disciplines, the mental stances, the inherent staminas of the human complex (body) for this purpose?
In this workshop we will explore how to regain our balance and sense of direction. We can learn to use the situation we find ourselves in to propel us forward in our human development.
Imagine you lived in a big house with five main rooms. Each room was a different colour with different lighting, each promoting a unique state of mind and activity through its furnishings and decorations. Wouldn’t this be a fun place to explore!
