Previous Workshops

We live in a world of duality, of us and them, young and old, rich and poor, love and hate. Much of the time our perceptions and behaviors come from views seen through a black-and-white binary lens. This keeps us stuck in an unpleasant two-dimensional world of opposition, devoid of the richness meant for human life.

Although we have a sense of ourselves that appears to be a consistent, single life, there are different parts of us that are influenced and motivated by different thoughts, different feelings and different timings.
