Life is changing all around us at an incredible speed. There is unlimited growth and potential in an ability to embrace and move with these changes. In this workshop, we will use movement to explore, practice and integrate tools for moving with change.
Each of these verbs refers to internal actions, to dynamic possibilities that are unique to the human being.
Even though we may not be consciously aware of and striving for the fulfillment of these possibilities, they represent natural urges at play all the time in each of us.
Are we so busy that we have lost sight of the greater possibility and purpose of being human?
Do we see joy and healing as miracles… exceptions to the rule, instead of knowing them to be our natural birthright?
Throughout history there have been many struggles that have occurred in the name of freedom. We all know that our ability to make conscious decisions provides us with a unique opportunity to shape our future and determine our destiny. This is an ability that is granted to the human more so than other organic life here on this planet.
