Human beings are on the planet to make connection. Whether it’s reaching for a new vitamin supplement, trying out a new exercise regimen, or planning a new course of study, we’re always striving for connection in all manner of ways.

Keeping it all together can be a monumental task. Where does one begin? What is the director of it all? Why does one choose what one chooses? Who or what, in the end, is in control?
