This forum discussion will begin from the premise that human life is designed, as everything is, to fulfill specific function and purpose and that it is meant to be much, much more than what we might know from living life today.
At core, everything is about energy… physical energy to take action, mental energy to think and plan, emotional energy to stay connected, creative inspiration to move forward.
As we progress though life, we often find ourselves in situations where our psychological reactions seem to get triggered very quickly and seemingly without us even thinking about them. Looking back on these events, we often ask ourselves, could I have reacted differently? Is there was a better way I could have dealt with the situation?
