The enigmas of the human Spirit and Soul are so elusive, and yet so nearby… They companion us all our days in mostly unnoticed and hidden service.
In this workshop we will continue on our spiral journey of approach to the marvel of the Soul as we gather more clues and feel our way closer in to this sacred inner realm.
Life is changing all around us at an incredible speed. There is unlimited growth and potential in an ability to embrace and move with these changes. In this workshop, we will use movement to explore, practice and integrate tools for moving with change.
