There is a trend these days to work to become more conscious as human beings. Truly, this is a positive trend, however, creativity likely arises out from our unconscious. Do these two urges contradict each other?
If given the chance and the knowledge, would you use your one God- given life to the fullest extent possible? Would you invoke the disciplines, the mental stances, the inherent staminas of the human complex (body) for this purpose?
