Textbooks on how to deal with others abound. Most have an intrinsic sense of the value of life, any other life, whether human, animal or plant. Life is sacred. Life and any purpose we assign to it are what motivate to do, to act, to be.
In this workshop we will explore how to regain our balance and sense of direction. We can learn to use the situation we find ourselves in to propel us forward in our human development.
As we progress though life, we often find ourselves in situations where our psychological reactions seem to get triggered very quickly and seemingly without us even thinking about them. Looking back on these events, we often ask ourselves, could I have reacted differently? Is there was a better way I could have dealt with the situation?
The choice for anyone wishing to build for themselves a foundation is vast. Confusion can reign as one weighs the options. During this introduction we’ll learn a simple yet profound way of dividing foundation-building techniques into, not good and bad, but useful and future-oriented, or not. It’s simple, and it works.
